HOME HEALTH

Why tie up your resources? Using our contract therapy staff means never paying benefits, mileage or high salaries. Pay for just the coverage you need. No idle or frustrated employees. Our competitive rates are much more attractive than payroll and mileage figures, and productivity figures are always 100%, as you only pay for visits...not time. Our dedicated office personnel are available five days a week to handle all your staffing needs. We provide patient tracking and rapid response times to requests for service. Our dedicated fax line takes referrals 24/7. Contact our home health account representative to see how we can help streamline your therapy operations and enhance your bottom line!

For 22 years, GRS has been providing highly trained and caring PT, OT, and SLPs to home health agencies in beautiful north Georgia. Our dedicated staff has developed cardiac rehab programs, total knee and hip rehab programs, and vestibular rehab in addition to providing traditional therapeutic activities.  In limited areas we can now provide nursing as well!

All GRS home health therapists are licensed, insured, CPR certified, trained in Oasis documentation, home health regulations and HIPAA compliance standards. Our therapists are inserviced on a regular basis to ensure knowledge of latest therapy techniques, assuring positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. We operate seamlessly with your staff and quickly incorporate your delivery models for efficient service rooted in your philosophy. GRS has the qualified staff to handle your patient load and advance your identity in the marketplace.  If your needs are full time, part time or PRN for holidays and overflow, we are the company for you.

WHY CONTRACT?

When you face uncertain needs, or fluctuating productivity parameters, hiring can be risky (maybe not even an option).  Some geographic areas can also be difficult and costly to staff.  Contracting allows you to respond more quickly to needs, and change as the needs do.  With contracting you shore up your bottom line by reducing payroll and benefit packages and associated costs. Accounting is also simplified as you reimburse one statement for multiple services instead of keeping up with individual therapists.
